Refund Policy

Please read this policy before placing an order.

Returns

Sold goods are generally not accepted for return unless specifically agreed by Bhoomi Sarees & Suits.

Exchange

Eligible items may be exchanged within 2 days of delivery/purchase, subject to the item being unused, unwashed, undamaged and in original condition with tags/packaging where applicable.

Non-eligible cases

Customized, altered, stitched, damaged-after-delivery or used items may not be eligible for exchange.

Refunds

If a refund is approved in a valid case, the refund method and timeline will depend on the payment method and payment service provider.
